Thank you for shopping with Poochi Paws! Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Cancellation

Cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your item.
  • To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Note: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale: Items from specific collections, including Cat Food & Water Dispenser, Dog Food & Water Dispensers, cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases). Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. To start a return, email us at info@poochipaws.com with your order details.
  2. Once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on sending your package to our return address: Sanjay Chakravarty, Poochi Paws, 961 Mississauga Valley Blvd, Mississauga, L5A 2A1, Ontario, Canada.

Please note that items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, inspect it carefully. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@poochipaws.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have a 14-day "cooling off" period to return items for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@poochipaws.com.
